Demolishing of existing old gate house and building a new gatehouse steel structure with 8 lanes and weigh bridges, including new heavy-duty gates and fencing. Entrance portal and toilets upgraded.

New concrete structure with filtration plant to separate solids from water released into stormwater.
UP Ladies Residence
Complete installation including bulk earthworks and engineered designed plint installation including holding area for 80000 ltr. diesel tank, new transformer room and new switchgear rooms.

Total revamp, upgrade and alteration of 3 storey building in its entirety.

New build to existing house. Building new outer building and bome for entertainment purposes.

Addition to existing building consisting of new 4 storey lift shaft with new lift installation. Extension of existing walkways on each floor and extension of existing concrete staircases on each floor to link into existing staircases. Installation of new lift lobby
